Description: Erwin Hani headed up this internal program while working for RadioShack. The challenge was to come up with a complete line of new products that would appeal to youth in addition to the general population. Multiple skews were developed and presented to internal groups as well as leading providers of indoor antennas like RCA and Samsung. The major accomplishment of the exercise was an antenna that produced monthly revenues averaging $52K per month and over 100K units annually for the plant. |
